2kAuction is an independent price tracking service for the NBA 2K MyTEAM auction house. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by 2K Sports or Take-Two Interactive. NBA 2K and MyTEAM are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.

The compiled price data, charts, trend analysis, and presentation on 2kAuction are our original work. We invest significant resources in collecting, cleaning, and serving this data.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Scrape or crawl 2kAuction using automated tools, bots, spiders, or any means other than a standard web browser, without our express written permission.
  • Reproduce or redistribute our compiled price data, charts, or price history — in whole or in part — on any other website, application, or service.
  • Use our data commercially without a separate written licence agreement with us.

Violations may result in your IP being permanently blocked and, where applicable, legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2kAuction and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses from trading decisions made using our price data.
