What 2K has confirmed for 2K27 MyTEAM

2K's official MyTEAM announcement covers four big changes:

• A cross-platform Auction House. One unified marketplace across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 — 2K calls it the largest card marketplace in MyTEAM history, with transactions expedited for sellers and instantly available for buyers. PC (Steam) is not named in that list, though it is a launch platform for the game.
• Player XP. Every Player Card levels up through gameplay, and stronger on-court performances speed that up. Rewards include attribute boosts, starting games with Takeover active, a permanent extra turbo meter, and an additional badge slot. XP is tied to your account, so progress isn't lost if you auction or exchange a card — it resumes if you reacquire it.
• A more powerful Exchange. You can exchange any Player Card in your collection for rewards (Free Agent cards excluded) — including cards from Season levels and cards already used toward Collection Rewards.
• Rotating limited-time modes. Triple Threat Online and Clutch Time Online return, rotating through the year alongside weekend runs, Festivals, full Seasons, and new multiplayer experiences next to Limited and Salary Cap.

How to unlock the Auction House in 2K27

2K hasn't published 2K27's unlock requirements yet. In recent NBA 2K titles the Auction House hasn't been open the moment you start MyTEAM — it has typically unlocked early on through normal progression as you play the intro content and grow your collection. Until 2K documents the 2K27 steps (or the game launches and we can verify them directly), treat any specific numbers you read elsewhere as guesses.
